Mother's Day 2015

For the second year in a row, Mother Nature left something to be desired in the weather department on Mother's Day.  Thankfully the love and fun more than made up for the snow and chilly temps.  
Ryan and Ben made me a delicious breakfast of aebleskiver's stuffed with pastry cream, bacon and kale smoothies.  We relaxed for the morning and I watched Jerry McGuire with Ben while RYAN DID THE DISHES!!  By late morning we headed to pick up Tante and scoot out to MeeMee's.  We had a fun and relaxed afternoon filled with giggles and snuggles and a delicious dinner.  Aside from spending the day on the deck and grilling, I wouldn't have changed a thing.  Thanks to all I love so much who made the day so great.

 Lots of Denver sustained damage from the late Spring storm, but our hood in particular with all the old trees, really got hit hard.  Ryan had even spent more than an hour shaking off all the trees before bed.

Waking up to these beauties made my day. :)
