Ben could not be entertained by his office toys tonight while I tried to send an email so I gave him a minute to type out his own thoughts.  By the time he was done with what's above, a window popped up asking if i was sure I wanted to reset my computer's encryption??  Between that and the mystery characters above, perhaps Nugget is part computer genius??
