Ben's class is learning about thankfulness this week.  They're doing a food drive, talking about Thanksgiving and about being grateful for our many blessings.  They also did a quilt/wall-hanging combined with the afternoon class.
Here is Ben's square......

I'm gonna call that a parenting win! Ben always wants to color with only black right now so this made me smile to see.  Coloring and writing are still not his favorite and are indeed a struggle but I LOVE that this was in black and that I can just picture him asking to be done and get back to the books.

Other kiddos were thankful for their families (lots), their friends at school, their blanket, and presents.
