We had our first tomato in early July and have had a few more since. I had Ryan add a drip system to all the veggies so they'd survive my (and our) travels.
it was sun-warm and DELICIOUS
I planted jalapenos and two new kinds of peppers. The jalapeno was crisp and spicy but I think the others weren't quite ripe.
We have LOTS of tomatoes on the plants so I'm hoping for a bumper-crop upon return from our next adventure.
Yum! You and AB will be happy to hear I'm totally getting on the garden train next spring. :)

ReplyDeleteGardens are the best. I didn't do one this year because of the impending move.. and I'm really missing it :( There's just something about picking your favorites right out in your yard. Good job, green thumb, you!!
