Yep, it's new to me too!! In all my years of babysitting and nannying, I don't think the concept of nap jammies ever came up. I guess when kiddos were that dirty maybe they just napped pants-less or I changed their clothes for the day? I really have no recollection of how I dealt with the morning park, dog-bed, dog water, and general boy adventure dirtied clothes. Last week it occurred to me that if we didn't institute nap jammies in our house, then Ben would wear two outfits each day. While this fashion loving Mama would love the latter, our Mother Earth would not. So far I think it might even help with the transition to nap and its similarity to bed-time.
When we first instituted the regime change, these were the only light cotton jammies we had on hand.
